Orders are filled on a first come, first served basis and are shipped as quickly as possible. We ship each day Monday through Thursday. Orders received after 12 noon EST on Thursday through Sunday are shipped beginning the following Monday. You will receive an email with your shipping information as soon as your order has been processed for shipping.

Due to the popularity of purchasing books online and the nature of carrying used books, occasionally a book may not be available once your order is received. Every effort is made to remove previously purchased books from the web site in a timely manner; however, if your order includes a book which has been sold, we will contact you with the option of allowing us to attempt to locate a suitable substitute copy or receiving a full refund, whichever you prefer.

All orders are processed securely through the secure shopping cart. For your convenience, I accept the following forms of payment:

You may purchase books from the website using a personal check or money order. Orders and payments (including correct shipping charges) should be mailed to:

Please note: Due to the high demand for used and out-of-print books, I highly recommend that you utilize the shopping cart on the website to submit your order. Once you have made your selection(s) on the website, the shopping cart will collect your information and you may select the check/money order button on the payment page. This will allow me to pull and reserve your order pending receipt of payment. Your order will be held seven (7) days pending the arrival of your payment. If you decide that you no longer wish to purchase the books you selected, please let me know via email. I am happy to offer this option for my customers who choose this method of payment; however, due to the increasing number of orders submitted and pulled, but never paid for, I will not be able to continue offering the option should this practice continue. If your payment will be later than the allotted time, please simply let me know. I am happy to work with you.

• Telephone orders: You may also call me with your order at (336)961-0081. I would prefer that you utilize the shopping cart to gather and email your order to me prior to calling with your credit card information. Simply fill your cart, mark that you will phone your information and submit! This will enable you to know your shipping charges, etc. prior to calling.

Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart based on the following criteria:

Standard shipping is based on the number of books ordered. Charges are $3.75 for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book. Shipment is made via Media Mail with delivery confirmation. Delivery time is based on the shipping address provided and is estimated by the U. S. Postal Service to be 2 to 9 days.

Expedited shipping is based on the number of books ordered. Charges are $5.75 for the first book and $4.00 for each additional book. Shipment is made via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Delivery time is based on the shipping address provided and is estimated by the U. S. Postal Service to be approximately 1 to 3 days.

Most books are shipped wrapped and boxed to ensure undamaged delivery; however, smaller books and magazines may be shipped well wrapped in an envelope with heavy cardboard.

Standard shipping is based on the weight of the order and the delivery address provided in the shopping cart. Shipment is made via First-Class International Mail. No delivery estimate is provided by the U. S. Postal Service. Please note: The weight limit for packages mailed via first-class internation is 4 lbs. If your order exceeds this limit, you will be required to choose expedited shipping for your order.

Expedited shipping is based on the weight of the order and the delivery address provided in the shopping cart. Shipment is made via Priority Mail International. Delivery time is based on the shipping address provided in the shopping cart and is estimated by the U. S. Postal Service to be approximately 6 to 10 days not including any delays in customs.

(Although I am happy to provide estimated delivery times (which are obtained from the USPS), please be aware that I have no control over the amount of time it takes for a package to reach an international destination. The estimated delivery times provided do not include any of the time that your order may be held up in customs.)

Please note: International shipments are sent at the purchaser's own risk. Shipments going to other countries are not insured (unless specifically requested and paid for) and can only be tracked until they leave US customs. We cannot be responsible for lost merchandise; however, we have many international customers and have successfully shipped orders all over the world.

Customs labels: We are required to note the US dollar value of merchandise contained in your order. We strictly abide by this requirement.
