If you would like to reserve a copy or copies of the books below, please submit the information requested on that book's page. Once I have received notification that the books below have been released, I will place the order for your book with my distributor when I place my next reorder. Prior to placing the order, I will send along an invoice for the book plus shipping that may be paid using Paypal (if you have an account) or by credit card (if you don’t). Pre-ordered books must be paid for prior to my placing the order. Once received from my distributor (allow about a week to ten days), I will send another email letting you know that the book has shipped along with your delivery confirmation information.
